The Opportunity:
Make a difference across multiple sites with Komatsu, as you guide a team of leading hands, overseeing workload planning and scheduling to ensure available resources meet market demands, while also championing safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
While a trades background is not mandatory, we seek a people-oriented leader with a knack for mentoring and developing their team.

Role Located:
Welshpool & Bassendean, WA
Roster:7 days on, 7 days off

What we are looking for:
- Previous demonstrated leadership experience in an operational role
- Background in mining, manufacturing or heavy industry desirable however _not essential_
- Trade qualification as an automotive or industrial painter_ _however _not essential_
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High standards for safety, quality, and delivery
- Sound analytical, organisation and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
