About you


As a Work, Health and Safety Partner you will have demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating Workplace Health & Safety systems through education, partnership, monitoring, advising and compliance, whilst promoting a safety culture.


About the role
As a Work, Health and Safety Partner you will be required to:

  • Promote the highest standard of safety culture across the workplace
  • Have compliance, oversight and actions that are proactive and responsive to its safety obligations
  • Utilise sound and practical policies and procedures to support the health and safety, wellbeing and injury management functions
  • Comply with and understand obligations under all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations and best practice, including WorkCover and injury management
  • Have programs to enhance employee wellbeing, safety and injury management

Skills and qualifications

You will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing support, guidance and authoritative advice on health and safety issues within a dedicated health and safety role.
  • Experience in undertaking risk assessments and incident investigations leading to organisational improvements.
  • Strong initiative and demonstrated experience in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture.
  • Strong computer literacy across MS Office suite products.
  • Data analysis, report writing and presentation skills.
