  • Deliver highly effective administrative support to the Centre Manager
  • Ensure accurate and timely annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting
  • Set up leases accurately and ensure tenant lease compliance, including lease audits
  • Maintain precise records for lease year and financial year calculations for outgoings, percentage rent, and rent reviews
  • Assist the Centre Manager with property administration tasks, including tenant account reconciliations

Skills & Experience:

  • Perfect role for an existing Administration Manager or Assistant Centre Manager
  • Previous exposure to Shopping Centre Management/Administration highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
