About the client
Our client are a well-known business supplying tailored supply chain solutions for the beverage industry across Australia and New Zealand.
A growing number of suppliers taking advantage of their logistics model has lead our client to become a leader in the beverage 3PL industry.
Despatch Clerk, based out of our client's warehouse in Brisbane's Northside.
Key points of interest:
- Report and provide support to the warehouse team and site management team
- Ensure the efficient movement of shipments and transport bookings
- Allocate work assignments, monitor job progress and enter critical data
- Manage incoming phone calls with a professional and efficient manner
- Provide timely customer support for internal and external customers
- Support the flow of communication between drivers and site management
- Potential temp to perm after 3 months for the right people
- 1:30pm 9:30pm at $42.33per hour + super
- Previous experience in a similar admin/support role, or in the transport/logistics industry is necessary
- Previous experience with SAP or similar software
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, particularly excel
- Ability to report and analyse data
