This is your opportunity to join the newest and most exciting group training facility in Queensland ATORA Training has unrivalled programming, community, and industry leading coaches.

As our business grows, we are on the search for energetic, passionate and professional Group Coaches to join our Springwood team.

Day-to-day, this role predominately involves the delivery of the ATORA programming.

With 3 class types on offer, you must be able to clearly and confidently manage large, dynamic groups, while also providing individual attention to members across each session.

Your knowledge of exercises, training formats, progressions and regressions must be second-to-none.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive member engagement and foster positive relationships with all members
  • Lead and assist exercise demonstration and delivery of daily programs
  • Maintain a high standard of studio presentation, including daily equipment set up and pack down, regular cleaning and notification of maintenance items
  • Contribute to ongoing studio and member growth and development
  • Manage and submit sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years experience
  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Strength and Conditioning Certificate (Desirable)
  • Exercise and Sports Science Degree / Exercise Physiology Degree (Desirable)
  • Group Training and / or Personal Training Experience
  • Customer Service and Member Engagements Skills
  • Availability to work early mornings and evenings, Monday
  • Saturday

Salary:
From $65,000.00 per year

  • Springwood, QLD 4127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (required)
