This 12 month trainee administrative role provides a high level of customer service and administration support to our Health Information Services Team.


A typical day may involve:
- professional and courteous management of front desk duties including greeting clients, dealing with client and customer enquiries, both on the phone or in person
- maintaining the Patient Master Index

About you

  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Have the ability to work with deadlines and competing demands
  • Be able to work both independently and as a team
  • Have good problem solving and decisionmaking skills
