We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our client's team
Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their exceptional team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks, maintaining and improving compliance policies and procedures, and implementing and monitoring compliance training programs.

Additionally, the role requires regular travel to various locations across Victoria, where you will conduct audits and spot checks on marketing, debtor management, filing, NB, renewals, endorsements, and ensure all necessary documents and information are provided.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Conduct audits and spot checks on various aspects of Authorised Representatives operations, ensuring compliance with the industry regulations and requirements.
  • Collate and score audit results, write reports, and provide feedback to the regional manager.
  • Provide suggestions on how to improve overall scores.
  • Regular travel to various locations across Victoria is required.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience working as an Insurance Broker, or Underwriter.
  • Experience working in a compliance role is desired.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail.
