About the role:


We are looking for an experienced and passionate Support Worker for a permanent part time position consisting of 35.75 per fortnight.

In this position, you will take an active and holistic role in providing support and assistance to people with disabilities within a residential setting.

Some of the participants you will be supporting have complex health needs and will require a high level of personal care support including toileting and meal assistance, hoisting and transfer support.


At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday.

The roster for this line is stated below:
Week 1

Thursday: 6:30am - 9am

Friday 2:45pm - 8:45pm

Saturday: 8:45am - 5pm

Sunday 4:45pm - 10pm & Sleepover

Monday: 6:30am - 9am & 2:45pm - 7pm

Week 2

Wednesday: 3pm - 8:45pm & 8:45pm - 10pm + Sleepover
