Hastings Deering is on the hunt for an Asset Monitoring Supervisor to join our award-winning team in our Beaudesert Road branch. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
You will:
- Ensure customer expectations are delivered through engagement with appropriate stakeholders
- Monitor team and technology platform's performance to facilitate communication and product improvement opportunities identified
- Ensure reports are provided to the clients in a timely manner
- Follow all safety procedures and practices
- Provide recommendations and guidance for future solutions

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Trade or Mechanical Engineering OR relevant work based experience
- Previous experience in managing teams
- Understanding of Caterpillar technology
- Experience within developing and managing commercial models
- Strong customer engagement and service skills
