Senior Mental Health Clinician (Grade 3 Occupational Therapist, Social worker, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist/Grade4 Psychiatric Nurse) – St Albans Community Mental Health Team

  • Location: St Albans site – Level 2, 147 Furlong Road, St Albans
  • Fostering a friendly and supportive team environment
  • Permanent, Full-time position

About the Role

This role entails providing high-quality mental health care to infants and children within the St Albans Community Mental Health Team. It involves offering assessment, treatment, and case management services, as well as collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance cooperation and service quality.

Essential Requirements for this Role:

  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in child and adolescent mental health care
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in providing supervision and maintaining professional standards
  • Effective communication skills and the capacity for continuous professional development
  • Legal compliance knowledge in a mental health context
  • Adaptability to contribute to a high-performance team environment

Your Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline
  • Current registration with the appropriate Health Practitioner Board
  • Experience in collaborating with mental health teams and agencies
  • Proficiency in offering clinical supervision
  • Adherence to years of experience requirements based on discipline
