The Role:

The Head of Supply Chain Strategy and Growth thinks big when defining and enabling our global supply chain strategy.

This role is responsible for setting direction and developing business cases in establishing our global Maverick assembly footprint and associated supply chain.


Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities:

Key member of the Supply Chain senior leadership team and works across the organisation with vision and enablement.
Defines the longer term supply chain strategy and strategically engages both internally and externally.
Leads the upstream integration of the Maverick product into the Solar PV supply chain
Derives insight and recommendations on global supply chain design based on a mix of data, intuition, and industry knowledge
Manages the selection and validation of Ecosystem partners & contract negotiation of 5B's Ecosystem Assembly and Component Supply Partners.
Supports the operationalisation of new supply-chain partners in the ecosystem.
Ensures manufacturing and supply chain best practices are adopted by 5B's Assembly & Component Supply Partners.
Will provide leadership working across borders as it pertains to Supply Chain; is able to articulate local risks and opportunities globally

Are you our next Superstar?

You will possess a degree or post-graduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management with strong project management discipline.

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Supply Chain leadership with proven success in establishing a global supply chain solution.

You may be wanting a change from top 4 consulting and look forward to owning outcomes.

You're a master at stakeholder relationship management, strong on supply chain negotiations, you're resilient, a team player and love the chaos of a scaling business where from a career perspective you have the world at your feet.
