The company:

Established in 2010, a small client base freight and transport solutions company located in the Ringwood area.

The role:

Working in a small team environment, your duties are varied and include:

  • Data entry of consignment notes etc
  • Maintaining client database
  • Booking daily freight for customers
  • Managing special rollouts and campaigns
  • Invoicing
  • Preparing reports, excel spreadsheeting
  • Ad Hoc administration duties as required

The person:

You are an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and fast and accurate data entry. Training provided if you have not worked within the Freight/Transport industry.

Attention to detail is a high priority along with time management skills, initiative and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.

Bring your bright, bubbly personality to this very warm, friendly environment.

Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel (a must) and Outlook.
