Junior Receptionist required

Bribie Respite and Support Services is a not for profit incorporated organisation that provides support services to ageing clients through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and people with disabilities through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professionally mannered Junior Receptionist. This role is a casual position with an opportunity to progress to Permanent.

Key Duties

• Provide front office support in relation to communication with clients, client representatives, employees, stakeholders and members of the public
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Provide clerical support to the Manager and Administration team

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• First Aid and CPR Certificate (current)
• Driver's License
• Current Police Clearance
• Yellow Card (Disability Workers Screening)
• Blue Card
• Ability to work in a team
