FULLTIME POSITION
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on full-time basis in Brisbane office. Formula Interiors is a national vertically integrated construction company that specialises in fit outs, refurbishments and building maintenance.


As a Contracts Administrator you will be working with contracts up to the value of circa $1-5 million across the Fit out, Refurbishment & Commercial sector.

Your role as a contracts administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Management Team.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Ensure procedures are followed in the project registration process;
  • Control of all project related documentation;
  • Control variation approval process;
  • Preparation of new project related documentation templates;
  • Ensuring progress claims are submitted by the customers due dates;
  • Carry out costs to complete analysis on works in progress in conjunction with the Project Managers;
  • Carry out revenue forecasting on projects in conjunction with the Project Managers;
  • Facilitates the achievement of company's corporate goals, Vision, Mission and Values;
  • Actively support company policies and procedures;
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety laws and equal employment opportunity laws;
  • Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures throughout the company;
  • General administration including accounts payable, debtor collection, timesheet entry; and
  • Duties as directed.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a construction related field;
  • Possess a minimum of 25 years experience in the construction industry;
  • Construction Industry White Card;
  • Have an excellent work ethic and desire to continually develop;
  • WHS Legal Compliance/Due Diligence;
  • You must be able to work to tight time constraints with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • You must have excellent computer literacy, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of software products, Pronto and OnBase.
