Jolly Kids ELC is a 73-place centre, well equipped with resources and with an amazing outdoor space.

Our team is growing with our enrolments.

We are now looking for a
Centre Director to be part of this journey at our
Merrylands Centre.

What will you do?
Our Centre Managers are the backbone of our childcare services.

• Bringing your passion for developing and working with children, you will be responsible for managing a team of early education professionals to build the lives of the children and families at our centre.
• You will oversee and work with a team of dedicated teachers, educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• You will be responsible for supervising and supporting educators with programming and daily duties.

• Dedication towards the learning and development of children;
• Experience managing, coaching and developing employees with a positive outcome.
• May hold a Bachelor degree, Diploma or equivalent experience
• Current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management and Child Protection Certificate.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID19 (or willingness to obtain).

From $70,000.00 per year
