We are currently looking for a dynamic Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator to be part of our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in commercial projects, especially new build or fit out ones.



Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, such as bills of quantities and specifications.
  • Evaluate and discuss contracts, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders for effective cost control and contract management.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking changes and claims.
  • Offer continuous cost advice and support to project teams.
  • Create regular reports on cost analysis and budget updates.

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid working holiday visa.
  • Have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in quantity surveying and contract administration for commercial projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
