Are you a natural leader with a passion for technology? Join this fantastic company as their Lead Installation Technician in Sydney In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a team of Installation Technicians, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge safety technology into vehicles.

As the point person for supervision, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and support for clients.

Being on the road, every day is different

In return we will offer you:

  • Training will be provided to ensure you are well versed with all the products on offer and its installation processes.

$75,000 plus super, depending on your experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, flexibility with hours required as bookings start between 6 am to 9 am. An early start means an early finish.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Installation Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure topquality installations.
  • Coordinate with scheduling staff to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing technicians, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain uptodate site induction documentation and certifications to uphold safety standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for installationrelated queries, providing timely assistance and solutions to team members.
  • Collaborate with other statebased Installation Technicians to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Uphold the company's reputation for excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Extensive experience with vehicle aftermarket equipment installation, with a strong focus on safety technology products.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problemsolving, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and precision in installations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customerfocused mindset.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
  • Being reliable is vital, turning up onsite at the agreed time, returning phone calls if missed and being available (during business hours always.)
  • You will need to be physically fit and understand the importance of OH&S.
