ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Based within the Bowen Basin and operating since 1983, our? client is a leading global provider of high quality metallurgical coal and thermal coal products to a global and local market. With a focus on collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence, mining is carried out using open cut mining methods comprising of a mix of dragline and truck/shovel and high wall mining operations. Working in partnership with the local Blackwater community, they are proud to provide support across community organisations, health care, education, sport, culture, indigenous communities and local tourism.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will become a part of a busy production team on a mine site in the Blackwater region. You will need to provide an RII or Skills List demonstrating 2+ years experience. You will be working a lifestyle roster and have the ability to easily adapt to site policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Strictly a non smoking site

• RII in Draglines and 2+ years experience
• Current Drivers License
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 ( or willing to attain )
• Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment
