About the Role:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate slitting machines to cut and reroll certain materials.
  • Machine set up, adjusting to the correct specifications for each job, blade position and speed is crucial.
  • Regular machine checks and testing
  • Maintain safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • All records of production data and faults to be recorded
  • Regular maintenance
  • Able to work in a team environment.

Attributes and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience operating a slitter machine
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills

Pay:
From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
