You will work closely with authors and Partners within the team, as well as having the support of the administrative team.


Day to day you will be:
drafting and preparing legal correspondence;
expert guidance and counsel to employers in diverse industries on matters related to employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety;
practical and timely commercial advice and solutions, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service;
workplace training sessions, covering a wide range of employment law topics;
workplace investigations for bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination complaints; and
support your team members, with your proactive approach and positive attitude.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:
A strong interest in employment law;
Completed or shortly completing Bachelor of Law with ability to immediately commence PLT;
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team;
have strong analytical skills.
