Your Impact


In this role you will work within the centre leadership team (CLT), lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence.

About our centre and the role

60 place centre - small and family orientated with a vision for children to develop a sense of respect and cultural diversity and to feel happy, loved, safe and secure in their surroundings
Bachelor qualified ECT or working towards this qualification
Float role with ample planning time
Work with a team that is eager to learn from you

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we want to meet you
