Position Summary:

EPC is looking for an extra pair of hands.

We are looking for someone who is flexible with their time, and who enjoys helping and assisting people and the elderly with daily tasks and taking them to appointments.

As a Personal Concierge, you will be an essential point of contact between our clients and our organisation. Your role involves managing client expectations, You'll uphold our company culture while making our clients feel valued.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a record of frequent clients and tailor services to their personal preferences.

Confidentiality:

  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all interactions.
  • Safeguard sensitive information related to clients and their requests.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or home/aged care role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing client needs.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software and communication tools.

Job Type:

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
