Disability Support Worker

We are looking for Support Workers who want to grow with us and take on more hours which may lead to permanent, part-time roles.
With no two days ever the same, you will be scheduled to visit clients, communicate with them within their homes.
The activities include but not limited to:
Job responsibilities:
In-home personal care
Daily living assistance including meal preparation, cleaning, companionship, showering
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Job requirements
- Certificate III Aged Care
- Home, and Community Care,
- Disability Support or Individual Support (highly desirable)
- Current Australian drivers license and roadworthy, fully insured vehicle.
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc
- Valid Police Check or able to obtain by legislation or policies
- Must have high complex experience
