The role:

Seeking a
Concession Supervisor to join their
Indooroopilly location.

You will thrive in busy and high-volume environments, and be an experienced and inspirational leader As our client's Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and driving your team and providing world-class service to your customers.

In return for your passion and outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a very attractive monthly bonus program and the opportunity to grow your career.


Skills and experience:

  • A proven track record of Management experience in a sales/retail environment
  • Ability to manage a team to structured KPIs and budgets
  • A positive attitude and high energy level
  • Full exposure to P&L & the ability to control, GP%, Wages and stock levels
  • Merchandising flair to ensure the store is always looking sharp
  • A genuine passion for retail and inspiring your team from the front and by example at every occasion
  • A strong sales drive and ability to build a strong repeat business as well as offer exceptional service
