In this rapid environment you will work in a high performing team of superstars, as the first point of contact for technical queries for a range of customers.

You will be accountable for providing quality technical support to customers who develop to & access the Trading and Information system.

Customer readiness support is your forte for technical releases to ensure next level customer experience.

Skills we are the hunt for

  • Previous experience in a customer service orientated & delivery focused environment
  • Understanding of the Australian financial markets including Equity, Derivatives or OTC Markets
  • Knowledge of Participant systems, operations and connectivity models across Front, Middle or Back Office environments
  • Providing technical support
  • Technical systems, protocols or infrastructure
