What will I be doing:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifying gaps and improvements in compliance processes and collaborating with team members to implement necessary changes.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Providing guidance and training on compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring changes in transport industry regulations, laws, and standards and communicating updates to relevant teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, including documentation, reports, and training records.

What do I need?

  • A minium of 2 years experience in a compliance role within the transport industry.
  • Understanding of industry regulations in the transport industry.
  • reat communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to drive compliance.
