About us


Clover is a modern bistro/ wine bar on the Paris end of Swan Street, celebrating our love of the natural vinous world alongside plates of food cooked solely over fire.

We welcome guests into a lively environment where thoughtful hospitality and great service are front and centre.

About the role


As a front of house team member you are responsible to deliver exceptional service which is efficient, hospitable and true to our ethos, contributing to the creation of a community of patrons through confident service and genuine knowledge of our food and wine.


You will proactively contribute to the smooth running of the venue through the completion of pre service and end of service tasks, stock control, and the maintenance of a welcoming and well presented venue.


You will participate in regular on-the-job training to develop your service skills and wine knowledge while always striving for continuous improvement across all aspects of your role and venue operations.

Who we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a FOH position within a venue of a similar style
  • You have a strong passion for service and wine, a good understanding of the wine industry, local and internationally, WSET education would be preferred but not a deal breaker.
  • An ability to multitask and cope in a fast paced environment.
  • An ability to build relationships with our team and customers and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • A genuine desire to learn and expand your knowledge is a must.
