About the role:


The Finance Team sits at the global intersection of critical analysis and operational function, housing Accounting, FP&A, and Corporate Development.


The Team is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner who can lead both Accounting and FP&A processes across our growing APAC business.

This is a newly created position that will report to the VP of Finance based out of NYC. This position will work hand-in-hand with the Global Finance Team and be a business partner to Leadership across the APAC region supporting Budgeting & Forecasting, Billing and Tax requirements amongst other things


Since most of the FP&A team is based in New York, some flexibility to overlap working hours with the team is necessary.


What you'll do:

  • Lead the Budget and Forecast processes across the growing APAC region including Sales, Revenue, Headcount and Expense planning.
  • Take Financial ownership of the APAC P&L and analyze data, provide business insights, highlight trends, and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Perform monthend close activities such as supporting the monthly Billing process, Budget vs Actual analysis, and Management Reporting.
  • Support Leadership in the execution of Agency deals including Financial modelling, tracking of business terms, and proper Accounting support as needed.
  • Help lead quarterly Quota and Commission processes across the Sales organization.
  • Support the Sales organization through Salesforce, proactively improving the Sales tracking process by building and maintaining accessible Reports and Dashboards.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success by providing updates and insights on weekly delivery, campaign pricing, and margin forecasting.
  • Help facilitate international tax requirements and local reporting
  • Support the local treasury function, expense policies and other areas of the Accounting function as needed.
  • Ad hoc requests from the VP of Finance, Leadership, and crossfunctional teams.

What experience we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel; pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Digital Advertising experience a plus
