Excellent and thriving D&C fitout firm seeking to expand their team in Melbourne - Senior Site Manager Your new company We're delighted to continue working with this flourishing D&C firm based in Melbourne's CBD.
Growing from strength to strength, they have seen significant success since entering into the market, delivering high-end projects within the interiors space.
Currently, they are seeking to bring on a Senior Site Manager to join the team, to assist with the delivery of a $30m Industrial new build/refurbishment in Melbourne's Inner West.
Running from Mid-July to roughly August 2025, delivered in 2 stages, this role will be 70% services focused, and as such the successful applicant will be well across both services, and interiors.
The bulk of this firms works are in commercial fitout, and so experience across both areas are preferential for this role.

Your new role Senior Site Manager Manage a team of site personnel (Site Manager, Foremen, labourers etc.)Active presence in client meetings - tenders/projects Work with Pre-Con team to review subcontractor quotes, ensuring coverage of requirements Training of younger team members, upskilling and feedback of progress OH&S responsibilities on site Design/Delivery reviews with the assistance of the PM & Design team What you'll need to succeed Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience on similar projects Trade qualified Current Senior First Aid/White Card Experienced with Procore, Sign On Site, Hammertech, Office 365 WHSEQ training/ solid understanding Excellent written and verbal communication Strong people management, programming, and project tracking skills What you'll get in return Join a team that prioritises group culture and a positive, supportive atmosphere Work close to home in Melbourne's CBDOpportunity to work with a steadily expanding firm with an excellent pipeline of work and preferred clients Excellent workplace culture, knock-off drinks, positive subcontractor relationships, always pay trades on time.
