They are currently seeking a passionate and driven Technical Sales Representative to join their team and contribute to their mission.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including identifying target markets, defining sales objectives, and creating action plans.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our Quranic materials and courses, including their features, benefits, and usage. Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products in the market.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings. Tailor presentations to suit the specific needs and interests of different customer segments.
• Sales Targets and Reporting: Set individual sales targets and consistently work towards achieving or exceeding them. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitive activities. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services.
• Trade Shows and Events: Represent AL-HAFIZ Quranic Centre at industry trade shows, conferences, and events. Engage with attendees, distribute promotional materials, and generate leads.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide input and feedback on marketing campaigns and product development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role. Previous experience in the education or Islamic products industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with Quranic materials and Islamic education is an advantage. Ability to understand and explain technical features and benefits of our products and courses.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Demonstrated selfmotivation and drive to succeed in a sales role.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.
