Due to increased demand in our sector, all health training (rto is seeking a qualified and passionate certificate iv in disability trainer & assessor to join its successful and growing team on a casual/sessional basis.

all health training is located in blackburn, narre warren and preston with each facility enjoying state of the art training rooms and equipment.

essential skills & requirements:

• Must hold a current qualification in TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus additional units as required by ASQA.
• 2 or more years recent experience working in the Disability Sector
• Must hold a current qualification in Certificate IV in Disability or higher
• Current driver's license and car
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Must be COVID19 fully vaccinated
• Understanding of compliance requirements
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite, computers, projectors and internet use
• Welldeveloped organisational & time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Facilitate in an adult learning environment
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
