The Perth Waldorf School teaches students from Kindergarten to Class 12 according to the indications of Rudolf Steiner.

Our campus in Bibra Lake is thriving, and we are in the process of expanding and growing a new campus in the Perth Hills at Parkerville Steiner College.

We are seeking a dynamic creative person to join our teaching staff.


Our students experience at least one camp each year from Class 4 to Class 12, each with a different focus in line with the curriculum and the needs of the students.

In year groups that are double or triple streamed, the same camp may take place multiple times.


We are currently looking for a teacher to work closely and collaboratively with our Outdoor Education Coordinator to enthusiastically embrace the following roles.


  • Camp Leader to run individual camp weeks. This includes working with staff and students in the lead up to the camp.
  • Outdoor Education Class teacher teaching the Outdoor Education Elective periods for the Year 11 and 12 students.


The successful applicants will have experience in leading and managing camps, thorough knowledge of Outdoor Education concepts including Nature Connective practices, a willingness to learn about the philosophy that stands behind Steiner Education and an enthusiasm for working with youth.
