Preston Toyota is now seeking an energetic, friendly and motivated Body Shop (Panel Shop) Reception/Administrator to join our high-volume workshop.
***The role is to assist our busy team with provision of a high-quality guest service experience for all callers and visitors to the dealership and reception/administrator support daily. We are looking for someone who possesses a professional and efficient manner, that understands the importance of guest service and promotes a positive brand image.

you will be supported with ongoing training.

Skills Required:

  • Manage and schedule guest bookings
  • Use multiple programs to ensure our guest inquiries and data entry is up to date
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Strong administration skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to understand guest requirements and provide service to a high level
  • Ability to provide a consistent high level of guest service during busy times in reception and on the phone
  • Welldeveloped written and spoken communication skills
  • Body Shop (Panel Shop), Spare Parts or dealership experience would be highly recommended.
