About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee a dynamic HR team focused on delivering key HR and Payroll functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee lifecycle, remuneration & benefits, organisational planning, restructuring, policies, performance management and regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the Regional managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Recommending, developing, and implementing best practice HR policies and procedures.
  2. Advising leadership in relation to change management and employee relations issues.
  3. Managing a process of and collaborating on organisational development, addressing issues such as succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organisation design, and change management.
  4. Overseeing of the recruitment and selection process.
  5. Overseeing the payroll function.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment legislation and regulations.
  7. Deploying and maintaining HR systems and databases.
  8. Maintaining health, safety and wellness policies and programmes.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications with proven experiences in a senior HR leadership role.

Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of generalist HR practice.

Experience in managing a geographically dispersed professional organisation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in utilizing technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
