About the role

Temporary full time opportunity to coordinate, manage and facilitate high quality focussed recruitment, selection, and appointment processes for all disciplines within Metro North Mental Health.

MNMH is undergoing significant growth and development and facing critical challenges in workforce and recruitment. The focus will be on Mental Health Community including Crisis services.
About you

  • Provide quality support, advice, information, and guidance to the professional leads in relation to recruitment process and appointments.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee systems to ensure accuracy and tracking of all discipline recruitment processes.
  • Directly support recruitment processes for all new positions and other positions where possible.
  • Develop resources to support recruitment.
