POSITION OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple cafes to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise, train, and support café staff to enhance performance and consistently meet quality service standards.
• Manage inventory effectively, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
• Ensure all cafes comply with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for increasing efficiency and improving the customer experience.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment across all locations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or similar
• A minimum of 23 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or cafe industry is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and timemanagement abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and health and safety practices.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A commitment to maintaining highquality standards and promoting a positive workplace culture.
