Opportunity for a Dietitian to join our Allied Health teams at Caboolture Private Hospital and North West Private Hospital.This is a permanent part-time opportunity.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for providing dietetic services across a wide variety of areas of the acute inpatient and rehabilitation service setting. You will be reporting to the Allied Health Manager.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Dietetics and be eligible for full membership to Dietitians Australia as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian
  • Minimum 2 years post graduate experience or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately apply Evidence Based Practice and Dietetic knowledge to patient management
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work both autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrated high levels of interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Demonstrated initiative and commitment to continual quality improvement and customer focus.

Remuneration

On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $ $ superannuation, based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

About Our Hospitals

Caboolture Private Hospital is a fully accredited surgical and medical hospital situated in the outer Northern reaches of Brisbane - at the southern end of the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Caboolture Private is a Preferred – Tier 1 Department of Veterans Affairs accredited hospital which allows Veterans to have immediate access to the facilities without, in most cases, the need for prior approval. This hospital has 43 beds, 3 fully equipped operating theatres, a 12 chair Day Procedure Unit and a comfortable day oncology unit. The Hospital is collocated with Caboolture Public Hospital.

North West Private Hospital is a fully accredited surgical, obstetric and medical hospital situated 15 mins north west of the Brisbane CBD in the leafy suburb of Everton Park. It is an acute care hospital committed to providing the highest standards of specialised services, skilled personnel and sophisticated technologies. The hospital is licensed for 150 beds and has recently undergone a $55 million upgrade that has included the incorporation of additional beds, two additional operating theatres with advanced Stryker equipment, additional four oncology chairs, a multideck car parking building (with free parking) and a new separate specialist consulting suite building on site.
