Experience in:
Performing complex problem resolution, root cause analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities
Maintaining and monitoring AWS Cloud infrastructure
Participating in key initiatives from the Technology team to improve capability, standards, and the risk profile of the platform
Designing and building solutions for monitoring and service assurance
Developing public Web Applications and APIs

Tech Skills:

Container technology, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS
