About the Role


You will work closely with the various teams in the hospital to ensure they have access to required prosthesis supply and will strive to provide a high level of customer service and efficiency to ensure the smooth flow of distribution as required.

In this role you will report to the Supply Manager with the following responsibilities:

  • Daily activity collecting, collating and processing theatre charge sheets for patient billing in Meditech. Reconcile billing of theatre prosthetics and rebateable items
  • Ensuring accurate recording and data entry of patient perioperative data and prosthesis numbers
  • Liaise and work collaboratively with the Patient Accounts, Theatre & Supply teams to resolve billing queries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring any errors in reported usage are resolved and appropriate action taken regarding patient billing

About You


To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience working in large scale inventory networks with hospital/medical experience being highly desired.

You will be a strong communicator who is highly organised and holds a strong attention to detail.

You will also bring:

  • Experience with SAP/ or equivalent is desirable
  • Any relevant logistics/supply qualifications will be highly desired.
  • Experience in goods receipting
  • Computer literacy across the Microsoft office suite.
  • Knowledge and understand of medical prothesis and Private Health Fund is desirable.
