Our Client cultivate a culture of caring, innovation, and high-performance. With a strong engineering background and a dedication to sustainability and service excellence. They are now Seeking a dedicated HSE Business Partner to join the team. to Manged the HSE across NSW, ACT & QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide practical solutions to mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs to promote HSE awareness and best practices.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively communicate HSE priorities and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and promote innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HSE management within the Utilities or Facilities Management or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to drive impactful HSE initiatives.
