About theopportunity Based at our Lilydalesite,the Site Manager is a business focused leadership role which manages a team of Employment Consultantsin providing a professional and sustainable service to bothparticipantsand employers.
The successful candidatewillbe responsible for:
Providing effective leadership aligned to EPlus values,missionand operational plans Ensuringthat all aspects of our Service Delivery Modelare delivered to a high standardand compliance requirementsare met on an individual and site level Drivingteam performance and productivity, ensuring your site consistently delivers commercial returns whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group ofparticipants Establish andmaintaina network of key internal and external stakeholders This position is a max-term Parental Leave contract finishing April 2025.
Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management (highly regarded)Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for peopleexperiencing unemployment A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs What we offer
