About the Role:

As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with patients and providing topnotch customer service.
  • Assisting with bookings, consultations, and front desk operations.
  • Conducting initial hearing checks and supporting Hearing Care Professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with store administration guidelines.
  • Managing sales stock levels and postsales services.
  • Overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.

We're searching for someone with:

  • Previous sales and clienteling experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • A customercentric approach and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support team members.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to:

  • Demonstrate proven administration skills with a focus on compliance.
  • Be enthusiastic, approachable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Have a drive to exceed KPIs and targets.
  • Hold full working rights and a valid Australian driver's license.
