As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Client AdvisorAbout the Role:
As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport with patients and providing topnotch customer service.
- Assisting with bookings, consultations, and front desk operations.
- Conducting initial hearing checks and supporting Hearing Care Professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with store administration guidelines.
- Managing sales stock levels and postsales services.
- Overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
We're searching for someone with:
- Previous sales and clienteling experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
- A customercentric approach and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support team members.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to:
- Demonstrate proven administration skills with a focus on compliance.
- Be enthusiastic, approachable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Have a drive to exceed KPIs and targets.
- Hold full working rights and a valid Australian driver's license.
