Are you passionate about ensuring software quality and driving successful project outcomes? We're looking for a skilled Test Analyst to lead our team in testing the function and interfaces of our core business processing systems.

As a
Test Analyst
(SFIA Skill Level 4), you'll play a crucial role in implementing our test strategy and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in preparing, executing, and reviewing test requirements and scripts
• Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of test outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify test requirements and resolve issues
• Facilitate team ceremonies and ensure adherence to testing methods and standards
• Provide leadership and direction to team members, including training and mentoring
• Produce detailed documentation and reports to track testing progress and outcomes

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse testing, including SQL skills and ETL knowledge:

• Strong track record of delivery in complex digital transformations
• Demonstrable experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent planning and measurement skills
• Exceptional team building and communication abilities
• ISTQB Foundation Certificate or equivalent certification

Desirable Qualifications:

• SQL, Oracle, or equivalent certification
• ISTQB Agile Extension or equivalent certification
