Play an integral role in the onboarding, mobilisation and roster coordinator of personnel for our Heavy Lift team as

Mobilisation Coordinator.

  • This role is working in a closeknit team based in our Victoria Park head office.

The role of a Mobilisation Coordinator will see you:

  • Work closely with the heavy lift operations and your team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employee
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver appropriate staffing levels within a dynamic environment
  • Rescheduling and adapting rostering changes, ensuring communication of changes to site and operational team
  • Working with very high volumes of mobilisation of workforce employees within a fast turnaround timeframe
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence
  • Reporting to effectively manage compliance

  • You have significant experience in a rostering/crewing, recruitment or site administration role within the resources sector
  • You know how to talent pool suitable employees for tradebased opportunities within a shutdown environment

  • You have advanced computer skills, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
