We are looking for bar tenders/ caterers that truly hold a passion for craft beer, spirits, wine, cocktails, and general mixology.

With confidence finally oozing again within the hospitality industry this is an opportunity to get involved in some of Brisbane's most talked about events & pubs.

2023 is bringing exciting events from high profile food & wine festivals, music festivals, sporting events + great secure work within the pub scene.

• Setting up bar efficiently.
• Spirit and beer pouring and layer shots.
• Set up and close all hospitality event working.
• Delivery of quality classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Changing kegs / maintaining beer lines.
• Working efficiently with a high paced bar environment.
• Able to serve multiple guests and memorise drinks ordered.
• Knowledge of wine and make recommendations to guests.
• Working in crowded environments smoothly.
• Maintain a tidy bar.
• Set up restaurants for service.
• Pair wines with all relevant foods.
• Stock control.
• OH&S.
• Able to operate in potentially loud environments.
• Reporting into Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager.
