Hours 1pm to 8pm or 9pm | Immediate Start | Hourly Rates range between $27 to $32 per hour pending experience

This role will be involved in all areas of the kitchen and will assist the Head Chef and other chefs with their food preparation.

The reliable and hard-working successful applicant must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Proven experience in food preparation
  • Keep food preparation areas clean, appliances and all kitchen equipment
  • Prepare and cut all food preparation
  • Assemble dishes
  • Receive, lift, handle and store food deliveries
  • Retrieve food items as requested by chefs
  • Ensure working areas are kept clear
  • Operate the industrial dishwasher
  • Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
  • Empty and clean all trash receptacles
  • Clean dish storage
  • Follow sanitation policies at all times
  • Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
  • Report any hygiene or maintenance issues to appropriate party
