About the Role

Reporting into the Head of FP&A and operating within a high functioning finance team. This Senior Finance Business Partner, will see you playing a vital position by directly supporting several key stakeholders alongside generating budgets, forecasting and management reporting. Along with the below:

Duties:

  • Playing a pivotal role in influencing decisions across various sectors including operations and excellence teams.
  • Providing significant financial insights on market trends, scenario planning, modelling to drive value and address financial risk.
  • Conduct and manage strong stakeholder engagement as well as providing month end analysis, budget builds and work up.
  • Provide business partnering advice and support non-financial stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Evaluate and identify current and future opportunities for growth and conduct risk analysis alongside proposing solutions.
  • Support continued growth opportunities in the business whilst identifying areas of improvement, problem solving etc.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications & professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA)
  • Proven knowledge in strategic business planning
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across various functions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced excel skills
