Our Client specialises in the development of executive leadership capability for individuals and organisations involved in the innovative provision of policing, law enforcement, security, public safety, emergency services and related professions.

This role is for an administrative assistant, with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the position is based in the Client Services Team which is responsible for the administration of our clients programs and student support.

To be successful in this role you will be an energetic self-starter, able to manage competing priorities to deliver a high standard of work and able to learn new systems and processes.


The primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Respond to student and staff inquiries and requests for assistance.
  • Assist in the management of program information in Teams.
  • Assist in the management of information in the learning management system.
  • Input data into the student records database.
  • Photocopying, printing/collating and filing of program material.
  • Preparation of documents including program certificates and reports.
  • Maintenance of office stationery and office supplies.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Teams.
  • Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Focus on excellence in internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • 2 years experience working in a similar administrative role.
  • You must be an Australian Citizen
  • Police check or the ability to obtain one.
