We're seeking a customer focused Sales Consultant to join our Austral Masonry Retail Centre in Osborne Park, WA.

The Role


Reporting to the West Australia Retail Centre Manager, this position is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and helping clients purchase the products that suit their needs and preferences.


Duties include but are not limited to

  • Autonomously manage our warehouse retail store;
  • Meet sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with the customer base;
  • Ensure the provision of excellent customer service, including taking and processing phone orders, assisting customers with product selections and samples, and cash sales;
  • Load products orders for pick up customers;
  • General upkeep of the Retail Centre; and
  • Ensure you and your colleagues work in a safe manner and maintain and support the organisations WHS procedures.

Success Requirements

  • A strong personal commitment to working safely.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An excellent phone manner.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • A current valid forklift license preferred (training can be provided).
