About your role

We are recruiting for an Operations Finance Manager. The role will report to the ANZ Commercial and Operations Controller and will ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of all manufacturing costs and supply productivity delivery.

What you'll do

  • Comply to group financial accounting policy, ensuring P&L and balance sheet financial management and control across all manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and manage the operational budget as well as external auditors to maintain accurate records.
  • Influence and drive improvement of cash and cost whilst ensuring productivity is being identified and delivered.
  • Monitor KPI's both financial and non-financial informing CFO and CEO of performance and risk.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development whilst ensuring team members are aligned with RPF's vision and objectives
What will help you succeed?
  • Previous Finance Management - Operations exposure and analytical experience in a consumer product, supply chain or manufacturing environment
  • Solid experience with casting, reporting and data analysis. Being able to draw insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Commercial and sustained thinker
  • P&L and cashflow understanding.
  • Willing to get hands dirty - thrives in being part of RPF's transformation (transformation projects across ANZ)
  • Being resilient and having a growth mindset
